Pork Available - 1st Week of May

We are pleased to announce that farm-raised pork will be available for purchase in halves or whole, ready by the first week of May. The hanging weight will range from 200 to 220 lbs, priced at $5.50 per pound. Additionally, you can have your pork expertly cut, wrapped, and cured for $1.25 per pound, with a processing fee of $150. The estimated total cost will be approximately $1500 to $1650. If you are interested in purchasing half a pig, we can accommodate your request. Pickup will be available at the Meat Cutting Room in Coquille. Furthermore, another pig will be available for sale at a later date.
